...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...
The Flood Watch continues for
* Portions of south central Kentucky and southeast Kentucky,
including the following areas, in south central Kentucky,
McCreary, Wayne, and Whitley. In southeast Kentucky, Bell,
Harlan, and Knox.
* Through this evening
* Some areas may see rains in excess of an inch, and possibly as
high as two inches through this afternoon. Locations closest to
the Tennessee border are most likely to receive the highest
totals, with lesser amounts further north.
* Expect rises on creeks, and eventually rivers. Low-lying areas
will be at risk for flooding.
