    Wolfe County in southeastern Kentucky...
    * Until 515 PM EDT.
    * At 221 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms
    with very heavy rain extending from near Stanton to near West
    Liberty. Thunderstorms with heavy rain were also moving into
    Estill county from the west. The showers and thunderstorms were
    moving slowly southeast. The storms will cause minor flooding in
    the advisory area, especially in poor drainage areas.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    West Liberty, Stanton, Irvine, Salyersville, Frenchburg, Campton,
    Mason, Henry, Lewis, Clay City, Fincastle and Ravenna.
    Localized rainfall of 1 to 2 inches in one hour is expected over the
    area. This will result in minor flooding.
