EVENING...
The Flood Watch continues for
* Portions of south central Kentucky and southeast Kentucky,
including the counties of Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski, Rockcastle,
Wayne, Whitley, Bell, Clay, Harlan, Jackson, Knox, Leslie,
Letcher, Owsley, and Perry.
* It is in effect through Thursday evening.
* Some areas may see rains in excess of an inch, and possibly as
high as two inches through Thursday. Locations closest to the
Tennessee border are most likely to receive the highest totals,
with lesser amounts further north.
* Expect rises on creeks, and eventually rivers. Low-lying areas
will be at risk for flooding.
