Perry Spring, a “Life” scout in Boy Scout Troop 1100, at Nativity Church in Burke completed his Eagle Scout Service Project by leading his Troop in rebuilding the entranceway planter boxes at the newly renovated Pohick Library on Sydenstricker Road.
